God’s desire to heal
I shall attempt to prove that it is God’s will (desire) to heal mankind (his creation)
Exodus 15:26(KJVR) And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.
“This is very clear that God is saying I am your healer”, There should be no question about it.
In Matthew chapter 8 we see clearly when the leper approached Jesus and said “Lord if it be your will you can make me clean” Jesus replied, “It is my will be made clean”. Immediately the leprosy that infected that man left him.
Psalms 103:1 A Psalm of David. Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Psalms 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Psalms 103:3 Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;
On healeth in both of these instances strongs says,
“H7495øôä øôàrâphâ' râphâhraw-faw', raw-faw'A primitive root; properly to mend (by stitching), that is, (figuratively) to cure: - cure, (cause to) heal, physician, repair, X thoroughly, make whole. See H7503.”
It is the will of God that we be healed. In every aspect of the word. It is His will that we be mentally, physically and spiritually healed.
Every aspect of our lives are important to Him.
He loves us that much
